I had issues. The safe in my room did not work, so i had to ask for assistance. The staff were helpful, but it was still an inconvenience. I found this disappointing.

The rooms include air conditioning which was great. the breakfast selection was pretty good, with enough choices. i found the metro station very close. It makes getting around easy.
the walls seemed a little thin, so i could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

the breakfast selection was good with enough options. the staff was always available to help with any questions i had. They were really polite! i found the metro station nearby a big plus, it made getting around easy.
there was some waiting, but it wasn't too much of a bother.

My double room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed ensuring a restful sleep. The blackout curtains were effective, preventing any light from entering. there was also a small desk area with convenient power outlets for charging devices.

The breakfast buffet included a good variety of pastries, fresh fruit, and yogurt. There were also some hot options like scrambled eggs and bacon, ensuring a fulfilling start to the day. i especially liked the fresh orange juice.

The hotel has complimentary wifi, that was easily accessible from my room and the lobby! the business center offers computers and printers for guest use. The lobby area has comfortable seating! where people can relax and chat.

the front desk staff were attentive and helpful , providing quick assistance with any inquiries. housekeeping services were prompt and efficient with daily room cleaning, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, the service was great!

i found the room very clean upon arrival. the room included stuff to prepare tea and coffee. it also had a safe with a keypad.
the hotel had limited parking space.
